SESAGOA & NMDC LTD BEST BUY AT EVERY DECLINES !!!!!

To settle the controversy raging about the fundamentals of NMDC & Sesa Goa I am giving some hard facts with their sources to convince once and for all everyone which stock has got better fundamentals.1) P/E Ratio controversy:-The definition of P/E Ratio (Price to earnings ratio) as given in Wikipedia Encyclopedia is:-P/E Ratio = PRICE PER SHARE/Annual Earnings per share (normaly profits of last 4 quarters)Mr. Bala_IT, Mr. Ritss69 pl note I have written Price per Share in capital letters to enable both of you to realise what you have overlooked i.e. the price we are paying today per share say around Rs. 1,400 is not for one share but for three shares. Therefore, P/E Ratio of NMDC as stated in Economic Times is not 60 but 60/3 i.e. 20.It is my firm belief that even after declaration of bonus record date NMDC 's P/E Ratio is only 20 means it has still a very long way to go up.To prove my viewpoint let us just presume that price of NMDC just before Bonus Record date is Rs. 1,500 and P/E Ratio as per Eco. Times is 66. Immediately after the Bonus Record date the price will be 500 and Eco.Times will show P/E of 22. Other fundamentals being the same only the no. of shares will increase which will have no impact on P/E Ratio. So will it be correct to presume the earlier P/E Ratio as 66 ? No Sir, it will be 22 and not 66.Sesa's P/E Ratio is 17. Bonus is declared only few days back and by the time Bonus Record date is announced it will rise above 40.Again, I would like to mention to Mr. Bala_IT that you hold a wrong view that less the P/E Ratio of a company the greater is that company. Infosys P/E Ratio is 21 and Styam P/E Ratio is 19 . Does it mean Satyam is a better company than Infosys ? PER of fundamentally sound cos.preferred by investors normally moves between 20 to 35 and is an indicator of whether the co. is overpriced or underpriced but still there are many ifs which we cannot discuss here due to space constraints. In short PER is not a good indicator of how great a company is.
